I had the pleasure of working with Janet for several months in my MAG L&D role, having a dotted line into the OD Team of which she was part. She led on the Group Induction project, providing innovative and new solutions to onboarding and inducting new Airport colleagues across the Group. Janet is a pleasure to work with, she is a great listener, seeks out ideas and collaborates effectively at all levels. One key project we collaborated on was the OD Strategy, looking at the next 3 to 5 years and key focus on 12 months deliverables, identifying key streams of work aligning our priorities to that of the organisation to ensure it was robust, fit for purpose and aligned to key business needs. Janet also led the review of Leadership Framework, working at all levels with numerous stakeholders, whom she quickly creates a rapport with and is able to build key business relationships to work in alignment. She also supported my work when creating several Leadership Masterclasses, providing new insights and thoughts on content and delivery, which was an immeasurable help from a subject matter expert. I cannot recommend Janet highly enough, she is a delight to work with, credible, energetic, phenomenal attention to detail and such a creative force
