Created a new Digital Corporate Induction, a combination of digital learning and innovative ways of sharing through filming Colleagues across the airports to deliver an engaging start for anybody new to MAG
Designed and delivered with a number of external partners a blended Leadership Development Programme for Board and aspiring board members
Led a group wide project for Sainsburys, Leading@Sainsburys which built on the success of the Argos Retail Academy. This included the development of all the Talent Programmes for Sainsburys Supermarkets with a further roll out planned across Argos and Habitat. All 120 Sainsburys L & D Managers were upskilled in Facilitation to deliver the programmes across the UK which provided stepping stones to progress and grow your career. The programmes included access to an online portal to support learning as well as linking the line manager with the delegate through regular reviews and on the job activities
Created the Argos Retail Academy, a robust set of talent programmes for over 800 store teams which provided a clear development pathway for all members of management to progress through the organisation
Rebranded and updated the Learning Management System (Academy Online) providing access to all technical and compulsory training for the store management teams as well as a wide range of self-development options accessed via tablet, mobile or instore
Led the Transformation programme in conjunction with Lane4 to deliver 4-day immersive events for all colleagues as Argos transitioned to Digital Stores and a unique customer fulfilment offer
